Thank you for inviting a new affiliate to promote your events. Your invitation is on its way!

Here’s what you and your invitee can expect now.

1. 📧 Your Affiliate Receives an Invitation

They will get a branded email shortly containing:

• A warm welcome from you (with your store name).

• A direct link to our Affiliate Registration page.

• Clear instructions on how to sign up and get started.

2. ✍️ They Complete Their Registration

To become your affiliate, they need to:

1. Click the link in the email.

2. Fill out the simple registration form.

3. Agree to our terms and conditions.

3. ✅ Admin Approval (Within 24 Hours)

Once they register, a site admin will review and approve their account. You’ll be notified once they are active and can start promoting your events.

4. 🚀 They Start Promoting (and Earning for You!)

After approval, your new affiliate can log in, get their unique tracking links for your event pages, and start sharing them. You only pay commissions when they make a sale!

This is the most important part! New affiliates can’t earn commissions until you’ve set the rates for your products.

Please make sure you have followed the steps in the “How to Set Affiliate Commissions for Your Products” section (from the previous page) for every event you want them to promote.

• Go to your Dashboard → Products

• Edit each product and open the “Affiliate Commission” tab.

• Choose “Personalize” as the rule and set your preferred Percent or Fixed amount.

Reminder: The commission you set comes out of your earnings, not the platform fee. For a $100 ticket sale, if you set a 5% commission, you keep $85.50 after fees and commission.
